These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the grooming services, booking services, website, communications, and related offerings provided by Northern Tails Grooming Ltd. (“Northern Tails Grooming Ltd.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking an appointment, attending our premises, using our services, or otherwise engaging with Northern Tails Grooming Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Northern Tails Grooming Ltd. governing all grooming appointments and related services. By making a booking, confirming an appointment, bringing an animal for service, or paying for services, you represent that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you are booking or using services on behalf of another person or as the owner, guardian, or authorized agent of an animal, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or acknowledge these Terms on their behalf.

2. Scope of Services

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing by Northern Tails Grooming Ltd.
We accept the payment methods made available at the salon or through our booking/payment systems.
Additional charges may apply for matting, extra brushing, special handling, late pickup, de-shedding, flea treatment-related cleaning, or other unforeseen service requirements, where permitted by law and disclosed as reasonably as possible.
You authorize us to charge for services rendered, including approved add-ons or necessary adjustments to the requested grooming package.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed without valid reason, or otherwise not received, you remain liable for the outstanding balance and any reasonable costs incurred in collection, subject to applicable law.
